Making travel bookings via Global Platforms LLC

Independent travel agents provide any Third-Party Travel Products which you find or book via the Global Platforms LLC. For example airlines, hotels, travel operators or other third parties (“Travel Providers”). The travel provider’s Terms will determine what rights you have against the travel provider and explain your responsibility to you in case of problems.

 

You agree to comply with all applicable Terms for travel providers fully. You acknowledge that the violation of the Travel Provider’s Terms could result in the cancellation of tickets or reservations, the revocation of frequent flyer miles and other additional benefits and costs.

To make a booking or reservation, you must be over 18 (or any other age at which the majority in your country or territory is reached) and have the full legal capacity to execute the transaction (or be authorized to do so by your legal guardian).

Assumption of Risk
